Insurance for your employees
If you are looking to arrange group coverage for your employees, Herald Insurance Brokers has negotiated special schemes with insurers to cover virtually all eventualities.
The extent of cover varies from company to company but it can be simplified as follows:
- Inpatient - covers hospitalisation and associated costs
- Inpatient and Outpatient - also covers specialist consultations
- Inpatient/Outpatient and family doctor - also covers the costs of doctors/GP consultations
- Extra Cover - most insurers will allow coverage to be extended for other items such as dental, optical, evacuation etc.
Many of our corporate clients prefer different levels of cover for different grades of staff. We can arrange this.
The choice is extensive, both in terms of the extent and type of cover, but also the quality of the insurance provider.
The latter is important - ultimately you will be buying health insurance so that your employees can be reimbursed for medical
expenses you have covered them for. There is little point buying cover from a company that has limited financial strength. Herald
